Filler Wire

Sr. No. Description
1 Aventer Piping Solution is a leading company in the manufacturing of Filler Wires.
2 Also known as a Filler Metal, a filler wire is a metal added in the making of a joint through welding, brazing, or soldering.
3 Soldering and brazing processes rely on a filler metal added to the joint to form the junction between the base metal parts.
4 Soft soldering uses a filler that melts at a lower temperature than the workpiece, often a lead-tin solder alloy.
5 Brazing and hard soldering use a higher temperature filler that melts at a temperature which may approach that of the base metal, and which may form a eutectic alloy with the base metal.
6 Stainless Steel Welding Filler Wire have a lower melting point than the base metal, so that the joint may be made by bringing the whole assembly up to temperature without everything melting as one.

Welding Electrode

Sr. No. Description
1 A welding electrode is a metal wire or rod that conducts current to the welding arc and helps join two pieces of metal together.
2 It can either melt and become part of the weld or simply carry current to the workpiece, depending on the welding process.
3 A welding electrode is a current-carrying rod or wire used in welding to create an electric arc between the electrode and the base metal, generating the heat needed to melt and fuse the metals.
